Shipping policy

I ship out all of my items once a week - roughly every Thursday from the United Kingdom, and standard domestic shipping normally takes 2-4 days once shipped

(excluding Bank Holidays, as the Delivery Office is closed. In this instance I will ship out items on the next available working day when delivery offices are open again)

International shipping information 

International shipping normally takes 10 working days to arrive, but can occasionally experience delays (2-4 weeks, occasionally I have had packages take up to 7 weeks to arrive.).

Tracking & insurance is NOT included as standard with international shipping, but is available as a paid-for upgrade. If you are concerned, please consider upgrading.

Prices are as follows:

EU:
Stickers: £3.50
Small un-tracked: £7
Small Tracked: £9
Large Tracked & Insured: £14

Rest of World:
Small Un-tracked: £4-£7
Small Tracked: £12
Large Tracked & Insured: £17
Extra Large Express: £38 (very large orders with heavy items)

Shipping will be calculated for you at checkout. Shipping is calculated by weight, and any packages over a certain weight must be sent as a large parcel, which results in automatically being upgraded to Tracked Shipping. 

EU ORDERS - please note that due to new customs laws, packages may receive customs charges. This is unfortunately out of my control, and may result in your package being delayed. I am very sorry if you have any issues with this, but please contact me if you have any problems. 

Wrong addresses entered

In the case of the wrong address details being entered, if the item is sent back to me I will gladly re-ship the package at a discounted shipping cost which must be covered by the customer.
